I am an expression of creation. Since childhood I realized most experiences in our lives were created in our own minds, and to me that was the most natural thing… and then, there came the outer influences, the religious upbringing that wanted to instill the fear of God. The traditional parental, dictatorial guidance where children are to follow orders and adults are always right. Born in a tiny country with abysmal class separation — an observer of my little world, I always knew there was so much more to life and at the same time, it became obvious to me there was a huge imbalance. I questioned everything and in my own way tried to fix what in my perception was broken.

One thing I knew for sure was that I was deeply loved and never alone. Inside me lived my constant companion, my inner voice, my true North. I felt special and knew I was here on a mission.

My Story

Life experiences have led me to the healing arts. Faced with death and destruction at 10, the midnight before Christmas, a devastating earthquake destroyed my city, killing thousands of people including my best friend, which lead to the disintegration of her beautiful family. Next year my oldest brother died suddenly. Mom shattered into a million pieces. A few years later a revolution, leading to a civil war in which my mother, sister and I were almost killed in a crossfire. We not only realized how fortunate we were to have been spared, but for the first time I was deeply grateful and conscious of the privilege of being alive. Being forced out of my country at 17, I had to grow up fast and adjust to a new life, away from my closest family, in a different culture. With each big change came adjustment and redirecting.

At 24 I married and had 3 amazing daughters. Life was wonderful and soon filled with countless challenges. I had a near death experience in which I was reassured of what I had always known, we are limitless beings with free will. My inner compass led me through the most difficult experience I had yet to endure. At 40, my husband fell ill and within 7 weeks was gone from our lives. Not only did I lose my lover, best friend, father of our girls, and business partner… I lost a life we had built together that no longer made sense without him.

I had to rescue myself from staying stuck in fear and grieving. This turned into an opportunity to reinvent myself once again. When I made a conscious decision to live, I drew strength from my three little wise girls and dived deep within my soul and asked: What next? I knew first and foremost, I wanted to be happy and do something that would allow me the flexibility to be there for my girls. I had a responsibility to lead by example and teach them that even though life can seem unfair, everything is in perfect order and if we follow our calling, and have faith in our light and inner strength, we have the capacity to endure and transcend just about anything. The 4 of us formed the pillars of our strong foundation to build upon.

Healing

At this point I was very clear that I needed to use my gifts. The natural healing abilities we are born with and bury deep as we are absorbed into the “programs” of our cultures. They always come to our rescue in our dire need, and I felt them urgently knocking in my heart. A quick study of all these encounters with death, destruction and hope. An understanding of my lifelong fascination of metaphysics, world religions, history, philosophy, psychology, astronomy, epigenetics, consciousness, yoga, qigong, and the unknown and mysterious… all contributed to make me an alchemist and transform my deepest sorrows into the best instrument; to lead the way within. To reconnect with nature. To gain a deeper understanding that we are all one and we are here to remind each other of our truth, of who we really are. Of our immense power to co create the lives we want by choosing to be brave and take the road less traveled. By owning each and every mistake we’ve made and recognize that when we let ourselves be driven by our minds alone, we are short changing ourselves. When we dive into the journey of our transformation, we allow inspiration to guide us to our divine essence.

The last couple decades have afforded me the opportunity to prepare myself for a higher calling and coach other beautiful souls into their own transformations. I’m filled with gratitude for key people in my life who supported me through my darkest moments. I have found love again in a great partner. My days are filled with adventure as I live my truth. I feel blessed to be able to attract into my wellness practice people who are undergoing challenging, life altering events. To be able to serve them, to be able to truly “see them” and to honor them for trusting me. Genuine compassion and empathy, along with intention to elevate frequency inspired my “Treasure Tool Box” of holistic treatments. Accumulated through extensive studies along the years, life experience, and hands-on work with thousands of people who trusted me to use proven methods such as: Healing Touch; Massage Therapy; Reiki Energy Healing; Sound & Vibration Therapies; Craniosacral Release Therapy; Holistic Life Coaching; Meditation, Mindfulness and Intention; Practicing gratitude and living in the present as we let go of what’s past….it’s never short of a miracle and totally priceless.
